Defects were identified in several areas of the existing torch-on membrane system, including around concrete plinths beneath rooftop AC units. With the planned removal of these units set to further compromise the system, we completed the mechanical removal of the old membrane to replace it with a UV-stable, heavy-duty modified acrylic membrane—delivering robust and long-term wet weather protection for the college’s rooftop.
