We didn’t want to book the work until the house contract went unconditional but a month out from the settlement date. I thought I would schedule it in anyway. Sadly, there was a 4 week lead time meaning the earliest the work could be completed was after settlement. Waterstop Solutions attended the site that was identified by the client as experiencing water ingress along the externally facing edge of the concrete slab in the garage. a water-based epoxy reverse side waterproofing was installed from floor/wall joint out across the concrete slab up to about 1LM wide, along the external-facing wall and in front of the sliding door.
