Harold provided many design solutions and implementation strategies during the construction of the Clem 7 tunnel, including the waterproofing of redundant grout ports that were actively leaking in precast tunnel segments. Both our directors, Chris Anderson and Harold Du Toit, have in-depth knowledge and well-honed skills from their respectively 25+ and 30+ years long careers in the building and construction industry and within the construction product manufacturing industry. Chris and Harold regularly spend time out in the field mentoring our leak sealing technicians and have developed and deliver an in-house remedial repair training program to all our technicians. The growth in demand for Waterstop Solutions expertise saw us opening a Sydney office in 2018.
We are undeniably proud to have Adrian Schokman on our team as Waterstop Solutions NSW Manager. With his extensive technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, he is leading our Sydney team of leak sealing and concrete repair specialists, providing diagnosis and remediation to waterproofing and concrete defect issues. Together, Adrian and his team, deliver successful, lasting and cost-effective solutions to our clients in New South Wales.
Adrian is a licenced builder and holds a degree in Environmental and Civil Engineering. In 2023, he obtained the new NSW Registered Design and Building Practicioners Licence. He has 25 years of experience in the building industry in Sydney, of which he has spent 19 years thriving in the remedial building sector. He distinguishes himself by demonstrating robust, in-depth expertise in building defect remediation, and he is known as a positive and courteous solution-focused person who displays integrity and an unyielding commitment to delivering excellent customer experience.
