*Important note: The quote is prepared in good faith based on the information provided by the client.
To be able to provide you with a quote without an inspection, we ideally would need the following information in an email:
- Clear information on what the issue is (e.g. water is leaking through a crack in the ceiling, a pipe penetration above a car park, rising damp).
- Photos of the issue the client wants treated (close up and a photo from further away to capture the entire works if possible).
- Measurements (e.g. the linear metres of cracks/joints that need leak sealing injection or joint sealing; dimensions of the balcony that needs waterproofing 4LM x 8LM).
- Other trades: is the client removing wall sheeting for us or emptying the planter box before we start, or are we doing this?
